Supplier Success Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
The Supplier Success Specialist will play a crucial role in establishing and sustaining an exceptional prequalification framework for contractors, suppliers, and vendors, serving as the primary contact for all Avetta clientele. This role necessitates fluency in both Spanish and English.
For those within a reasonable commuting distance to our offices, a hybrid work schedule will be available post-training (Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon/Fri remote).
Compensation: $20.50/hour CAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exemplary support to all Avetta clients
- Assist users in navigating the Avetta Cloud Application
- Authenticate technical documents submitted by users
- Resolve intricate issues with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Engage directly with Avetta clients via phone, email, and chat
- Prioritize and address client needs effectively
- Accurately verify information on regulatory documents
- Clarify and support customer billing and subscription details
- Document interaction details in Service Cloud (SFDC)
- Provide necessary follow-up through phone and email
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams
- Contribute positively to Avetta's workplace culture
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- May be required to participate in training sessions, meetings, or seminars
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient PC skills, particularly with Windows and related applications
- A strong inclination towards learning online software systems
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Capability in problem analysis and resolution
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to manage stress effectively
- Capacity to learn and implement new information or skills
