Your role as B2B Customer Success Specialist
Our company crafts custom, prescription medical devices to tens of thousands of Canadians each year, and we're looking for a rockstar Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to Nicole Tanner, Customer Success Manager, your mission will be the satisfaction of our clients, including physicians, podiatrists, and chiropodists.
What you'll be doing:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries, and liaise with customers on incoming orders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the internal database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Other general administrative duties as required
We'd love to hear from you if:
- You have 2+ years experience working in B2B customer service, communication, sales or any related experience
- You love to be client-facing and demonstrate ease in building positive interpersonal relationships
- You have exceptional communication skills spoken and written combined with executive presence
- You are very detail-oriented and impressively resourceful
- You are comfortable managing various tasks and solving problems in a timely and calm manner
- A university or college degree is nice to have, as is experience within the orthotics or medical device industry, but relevant experience and an enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable is just as valuable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
