We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at 2520078 ONTARIO INC. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, and perform various clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as provide assistance to persons with disabilities.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company security protocols.
- Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to commute to work.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to sit for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
The primary language of work is English.
