This role focuses on enhancing the ARiEAL Core Research Platform, particularly in the areas of strategic planning, market analysis, and preparation of research facilities to accommodate an expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of a comprehensive business strategy for the ARiEAL Core Research Platform.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Prepare research laboratories for increased activity and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with industry liaison offices to develop essential skills in market analysis and business development.
  • Engage with an interdisciplinary team to provide technical and analytical support across various research labs.

Qualifications

  • A PhD in cognitive science, linguistics, or a related field, with some experience in business or marketing.
  • A strong academic record, including publications and presentations relevant to the position.
  • In-depth knowledge of experimental and applied cognitive science of languages.
  • Experience with data analysis methods and research tools, such as eye-trackers and electroencephalographs.
  • Familiarity with marketing research methodologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles in research practices.
