Job Summary

The Research Coordinator will lead a team in the conduct of one or more research studies, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research projects, including data management, site management, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for internal support departments and external stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor study timelines
  • Provide coordination and direction in data management and site management practices
  • Engage in ongoing communication and coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations for external and internal meetings
  • Adhere to compliance, safety, and monitoring requirements
  • Coordinate training of study teams and centers
  • Coordinate site monitoring and site visits
  • Help develop research study budgets and administer study accounts
  • Negotiate budgets with vendors and sites
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 years experience in multi-center research studies or clinical trials
  • Experience with data management and site management practices
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and international research requirements
  • Highly efficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Supervisory experience and team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cardiology research experience
