Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our educational travel services. Your fluency in both French and English will enable you to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
