Job Title: Marketing Specialist Bilingual English/French

Minogue Medical Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist Bilingual English/French to join its growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President of Commercial Development, Marketing, and Service to contribute to the strategic growth of Minogue Medical's medical technology and simulation product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Minogue Medical's innovative medical technologies, including partnerships with field specialists to manage, organize, and execute campaigns and events.
  • Create targeted digital communications (email, newsletters) and social media communications focused on our products, promotions, and events.
  • Develop a content strategy to stimulate engagement and acquisition of prospects to increase sales (product demonstrations, website purchases, etc.).
  • Establish partnerships with suppliers and use their content to develop marketing tools and campaigns.
  • Increase awareness and education of Minogue Medical's products among clients and partners.
  • Communicate the value of Minogue Medical's products to our sales team, clients such as doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, patients, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for training, promotion, and other opportunities to ensure ongoing sales team training and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and produce commercial and marketing reports for management.
  • Collect and interpret relevant research and stay up-to-date on market trends and medical sector news and publications.
  • Conduct analyses to define marketing orientation for a product, service, and/or procedure, which may include, but is not limited to: positioning, message, segmentation, pricing, market share examination, market research, and product requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science with 3-4 years of experience in marketing/commerce; or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Marketing with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare and medical device sector is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Success in developing education and marketing programs to stimulate product growth.
  • Ability to work creatively in a changing priority context to implement high-impact marketing programs, within established deadlines and budget, to support the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
