Course Title: Introduction to Marketing

Available Positions:

- Section 01: Tuesday/Thursday SYN (online, synchronous course)

- Section 02: Wednesday/Friday LEC (in-person lecture)

- Section 03: Tuesday/Thursday LEC (in-person lecture)

- Section 04: Wednesday LEC (in-person lecture)

Compensation:

The remuneration for Marker-Grader positions is determined by the qualifications held by the employee:

· Master's Degree Complete ($ - For those who have completed a master's degree)

· Undergraduate Degree Complete ($ - For those who have completed a four-year honours degree or a three-year pass degree)

· Third Year Complete ($ - For those who have completed the third year of an undergraduate honours degree)

· Second Year Complete ($ - For those who have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree)

· First Year Complete ($ - For those who have completed the first year of an undergraduate honours degree)

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities will align with Article 22 of the Collective Agreement. The Marker-Grader is expected to evaluate assignments, term projects, case studies, midterms, progress exams, and/or final exams, providing written feedback to students that clearly outlines the rationale behind the assigned grades. This includes assessing substantive content as well as written communication aspects such as spelling, punctuation, grammar, and overall structure and organization of submissions. The Marker-Grader may also be required to supervise mid-terms and examinations for this course or input grades into databases as requested by the course instructor.

Qualifications:

· Completion of MKTG 2P91 (or equivalent in English) with a minimum grade of 80%

· Graduate or Major in BUSINESS with a minimum major average of 75%

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines

· Previous experience as a Marker-Grader is considered an asset
