Principal Economist

Key Expertise:

The successful candidate will specialize in navigating complex financial, economic, accounting, and marketing challenges within legal and regulatory contexts. They will collaborate closely with esteemed faculty on a global scale, applying rigorous academic standards to their work.

Primary Focus Areas:

  1. Legal Representation and Dispute Resolution: Engaging in a wide spectrum of notable legal cases spanning capital markets, business valuation, M&A, risk management, market competition, high-frequency trading, marketing impact, and patent disputes.
  2. Industry Insight: Addressing financial and economic issues across diverse industries such as life sciences, technology, energy, telecommunications, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Integral Project Team Members: The Principal Economist will play a pivotal role within client project teams, quickly shouldering greater responsibilities and larger files.
  2. Innovative Analytical Approaches: They will craft and apply groundbreaking analytical methods, adhering to the highest academic standards.
  3. Continuous Growth and Development: They will help grow the firm with business development responsibilities and adopt a client-facing role.
  4. Expert Testimony: This individual must have experience testifying as an Expert Witness.
