Primary Focus Areas:

  1. Legal Representation and Dispute Resolution: Engaging in a wide spectrum of notable legal cases spanning capital markets, business valuation, M&A, risk management, market competition, high-frequency trading, marketing impact, and patent disputes.
  2. Industry Insight: Addressing financial and economic issues across diverse industries such as life sciences, technology, energy, telecommunications, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Integral Project Team Members: Senior Economic Strategists will play pivotal roles within client project teams, quickly shouldering greater responsibilities and larger files.

  4. Expert Testimony: This individual must have experience testifying as an Expert Witness.
