We are looking for a committed Culinary Operations Supervisor to enhance our team at Jeju Korean BBQ Restaurant. Qualifications:- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role
- Direct and coordinate food preparation processes
- Instruct staff on their responsibilities and safety protocols
- Assess the quantity of ingredients and supplies required
- Ensure compliance with food quality and service excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste
- Compile and present reports as needed
- General cooks
