Job Title: Patient Journey Partner, OncologyJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Journey Partner to join our Oncology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure seamless patient journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient-centric strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment options and disease management
  • Identify and address patient needs and concerns to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration, social work)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in patient-facing roles, preferably in oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD)
  • Experience in oncology nursing or patient advocacy
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., oncology nursing, patient advocacy)
