Kitchen Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone African Foodland Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where creativity and teamwork thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meals for patients.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Organize and execute buffets and banquets.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
