Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Hand Washing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and scour pots and pans to maintain their quality.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives to maintain their quality.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain their cleanliness and appearance.
