Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a General Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, including zoning and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with stocking and recovering merchandise, including moving feature merchandise to its modular home.
  • Work with other associates to ensure floor coverage and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by communicating effectively with colleagues and adhering to company policies and procedures.
