Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Unloading Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our receiving team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise through our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and process merchandise from trailers and pallets, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of inventory.
  • Sort and organize merchandise according to store requirements, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Contribute to a safe and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills required to work effectively with colleagues and management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment an asset.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
