Job Title: Receiving Associate

Join our team as a Receiving Associate at Walmart, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise through our stores. As a key member of our receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the sales floor, and assisting in the processing of merchandise in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and reset the Receiving Area to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Unload and sort general merchandise trailers, as well as complete live unloading of other types of merchandise
  • Maintain the cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving and stocking
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide excellent customer service when necessary
  • Label and place overstock merchandise
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
