Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

Position Overview
The Physiotherapist is accountable for managing both outpatient and inpatient therapy programs.
Qualifications
• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy with proof of ongoing professional development is essential.
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapy is mandatory.
• Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is required.
• 1-3 years of experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with neurological and orthopedic conditions, during both acute and rehabilitation phases is necessary.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with community partners.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage caseloads efficiently under competing demands.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent typing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Superior organizational and time management capabilities are essential.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development through Continuing Education Programs and Self-Directed Learning Opportunities is expected.
• A satisfactory work performance and attendance record is required.
