About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Mariposa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Examine patients to identify areas of concern and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Program Development
    • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to meet the needs of patients with various conditions.
    • Select and administer appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
    • Prepare and submit reports to healthcare professionals and management as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
    • Current licensure and registration as a Physiotherapist in the province or territory.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sports therapy, orthopedics, and oncology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
