Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

Position Overview
The Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is accountable for managing a diverse caseload encompassing both outpatient and inpatient programs.
Key Qualifications
• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, along with proof of ongoing professional development.
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapy is essential.
• Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in treating patients across various age groups with neurological and orthopedic conditions during both acute and rehabilitation phases is necessary.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with community partners.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage caseload effectively amidst competing demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent keyboarding skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated superior organizational and time management capabilities.
• Experience in conflict resolution is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development through Continuing Education Programs and Self-Directed Learning Opportunities is expected.
• A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
