About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at BRP. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and business development projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that all project deliverables are met and that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including business analysts, applications managers, and integrated solutions architects. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure that all team members are working towards a common goal.

Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project. Develop and implement contingency plans to address any issues that may arise during the project.

Communication and Reporting

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management computing, computer engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Five to seven years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and business development.

Certifications

Recognized certification in project management, such as PMP, ACP, or PSM.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
