About the Role

We are seeking a Night Shift Technical Support Analyst to join our Customer Support organization. As a Night Shift Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. You will be responsible for monitoring, progressing, and resolving incidents, while ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates and frequent contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions within Service Level Agreements
  • Monitor, progress, and resolve incidents
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise on Tecsys products and related technologies
  • Adhere to incident and problem management procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management, request fulfillment, and problem management
  • Ability to work in a team environment and solve problems for customers
  • Strong learning skills and ability to explain technology to others

Nice to Have:

  • University, Cegep, or technical degree related to information systems or supply chain
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts in healthcare or complex distribution
  • Knowledge of accounting or finance background as it relates to ERP software
  • Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX and Windows
  • Firm grasp of structured query language (SQL) and AWS Aurora PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French as a second language
