Job Title: Surveillance Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance cameras to ensure the integrity of our games and prevent any suspicious activity.
- Respond to customer and staff complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct compliance reviews to ensure that our games are being played fairly and in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all incidents and events.
- Escalate any signs of criminal activity to the supervisor.
- Assist department heads in gathering information for regulatory and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Casino Surveillance Operator (CSO) Training Completion Certification.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check and Gaming Worker Registration through the Gaming Enforcement Branch (GEB).
- 1-2 years of security or surveillance experience, with gaming experience being an asset.
- Education in law enforcement or a related field is an asset.
- CCTV Technician experience is an asset.
