Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Car Rental. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing sales volumes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales workers
- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to ensure excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is on-site at a rental agency, and the primary language spoken is English.
