Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Radha Food Industry Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
