Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at GTA Urban Development Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment
  • Utilize MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform administrative tasks
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail
