Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics performance.
  • Ensure the optimal functioning of computer systems and machinery.
  • Organize maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address operational challenges, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train team members on operational duties and company policies.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks among staff.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics operations of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic scheduling tools.
  • Experienced with dispatch management software.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
