Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

Trilink Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate logistics, including dispatching, routing, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and control the movement of trucks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and develop truck drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
