Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • East Indian cuisine specialty.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
