IWI Consulting Group is seeking a qualified Sage ERP Consultant to oversee the deployment of Sage ERP and associated third-party software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support ERP systems effectively.
  • Manage and maintain Windows and Unix server environments.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure reliable transportation and possess a valid 'G' license.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of ERP systems.
  • Experience with Windows and Unix server administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT support, demonstrating strong skills in managing Active Directory environments, Internet services, and PC hardware.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications are mandatory.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and Unix Administration certifications are highly desirable.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in computer science, particularly in network technology, typically acquired through a 3-year community college program. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a complex IT network environment are essential.
