Sage CRM Solutions Specialists play a crucial role in managing the deployment of Sage CRM and related software applications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Proficient in the administration of Windows and Unix server environments
  • Exceptional skills in client relations and troubleshooting
  • Possession of a valid 'G' driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities

Candidates should have a background in computer science with an emphasis on networking technologies, preferably from a three-year college program. A minimum of five years of experience in supporting Windows and Unix servers, Active Directory, internet services, PC hardware, XP operating system, Exchange Server, backup solutions, and antivirus systems is required. Certifications in MCSE and MCSA are essential, with additional preference for familiarity with SMS and MOM. CCNA and Unix Administration certifications are highly regarded. Proven experience in intricate IT network settings, along with ITIL Foundations certification, is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are imperative.
