Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure Sage CRM and 3rd party software products to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Sage CRM and 3rd party software products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance our services and client satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and software.
- Experience with Windows and Unix servers, including administration and support.
- Excellent customer relationship and solution provider skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer science field with emphasis on network technology, typically attained through a 3-year community college program.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and support of Windows and Unix servers in an Active Directory environment, Internet services, PC hardware, XP desktop operating system, Exchange Server, backup and virus protection services.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification and Unix Administration.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
