About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sage ERP Consultant to join our team at IWI Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation of Sage ERP and 3rd party software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Sage ERP and 3rd party software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their business needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ERP systems and business process improvement.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Unix servers, as well as network technology.
  • Strong customer relationship and solution provider skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification and Unix Administration experience.
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
