Position Overview: As a Sage ERP Consultant at IWI Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of Sage ERP and associated third-party software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support ERP systems tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing effective solutions.
  • Manage both Windows and Unix server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
  • Proficient in managing Windows and Unix servers.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in IT support and administration, particularly within an Active Directory framework. Familiarity with Internet services, PC hardware, and desktop operating systems is essential.

Certifications: Candidates must hold Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications. Additional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and Unix Administration are highly valued. ITIL Foundations certification is considered an asset.

Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to navigate complex IT network environments, showcasing their expertise in system management and client relations.
