About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental as a Dental Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Patients for Dental Examinations
  • Order dental and office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment
  • Perform Administrative Functions for the Dental Laboratory
  • Provide reception and clerical duties, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Take and Develop X-rays
  • Process patient invoices for dental services
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
