We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Active Security. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other activities to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
