The Studio Coordinator will be the face of REDLAB, setting the tone for the entire office and client experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Providing a hospitable experience for office guests
  • Assisting with office requests, including dial-ins, conference rooms, and travel arrangements
  • Managing electronic key cards and alarm codes for staff and freelancers
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Maintaining tidiness and stock in shared spaces

  • Assisting with cleaning and building operations requests
  • Handling shipping, courier, and mail duties

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Experience in a media, film, or post-production environment is an asset
