About the Role

The University Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of patient clinic visits from registration through to follow-up appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow through the clinic, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patient visits
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Completion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in a healthcare environment
  • Previous experience working with UHN Clinical Desktop applications or other ADT systems is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with simultaneous demands
