About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TWICE THE DEAL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to operate efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we meet our business objectives.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows to manage daily operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail to ensure that we deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
