About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows 11 App Developer to join our team at Pink's Windows Brentwood - Franklin. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that run on the Windows 11 operating system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Utilize modern programming languages, such as C#,.NET, and XAML, to design and develop Windows 11 applications that meet performance and usability standards.
  • User Interface: Create user interfaces that adhere to Windows 11 design guidelines and provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a team of developers and collaborate with designers and product managers to create innovative applications that leverage the capabilities of Windows 11.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and UI testing, to identify and fix issues, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
  • Compatibility and Security: Ensure that applications are compatible with various Windows 11 devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and 2-in-1 devices, and implement security best practices to protect user data and the integrity of the application.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#,.NET, and XAML.
  • Experience: Experience with Windows 11 app development or prior experience with Windows 10 app development.
  • Design Guidelines: Familiarity with the Windows 11 design guidelines and user interface principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • UWP Development: Experience with Universal Windows Platform (UWP) development.
  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services and backend development for Windows apps.
  • Microsoft Azure: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and DevOps tools.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies.
