About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1498882 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
