Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team at Sahjog Sign & Electrical Services. This role involves a variety of responsibilities related to the maintenance and repair of electrical systems in an industrial setting.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests on electrical and electronic devices to ensure proper functionality, including checking for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems along with other associated equipment.
  • Interpret and apply electrical code specifications accurately.
  • Read and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the layout for industrial electrical equipment installations.
Work Environment
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
  • Physical Demands: The role is physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Color Distinction: Ability to distinguish between colors is essential.
