Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Executive to join our HR Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure alignment and drive usage of our membership services.
- Work marketing leads and conduct warm/cold calls to book sales presentations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with our Research and Product Teams to support cross-functional communication.
- Grow revenue by identifying referrals through personal and professional networks, as well as pursuing sales opportunities with former clients.
- Identify client needs that align with our Workshop, Executive Services, Consulting, and Training offerings.
- Solicit feedback and testimonials from current accounts.
- Record client details and account notes in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education – minimum College Diploma
- 2 years B2B sales + University Degree or
- 5 years B2B sales + College Diploma
Skills
- Account Management: Engaging and managing ongoing client needs.
- Opportunity Identification: Identifying opportunities within accounts and growing the account base.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping track of client details and managing multiple calls in a day.
- Business Acumen: General understanding of business and business language.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand client needs.
