As a licensed Investment Representative, you will be responsible for executing trade orders, responding to client inquiries, and resolving client problems in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Client Service**: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients, ensuring call quality standards and an exceptional level of customer service are maintained.
  • **Trade Execution**: Execute trade orders on behalf of clients, minimizing potential risk and harm to the business.
  • **Problem Resolution**: Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and research and resolve client problems efficiently and accurately.
  • **Compliance**: Actively adhere to all Guidelines for Business Conduct and Privacy policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Quality Improvement**: Recognize and appropriately action quality opportunities, building effective working relationships across the team and with various business lines and corporate functions.
  • **Special Projects**: Participate in special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

  • **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • **Investment Knowledge**: Broad investment product knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Fund Securities.
  • **Risk Management**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize risk to the firm.
  • **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads to ensure optimum telephone coverage and adherence to established service standards.
  • **Licensing**: IIROC licensed as an IR and DFOL (Derivative Fund Options License).
