Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Business Requirements: Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable solutions that leverage the functionality and best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Implement Processes: Understand the technical details of projects and implement processes across the board to ensure seamless execution.
  • Promote Best Practices: Promote best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption.
  • Write Solution Documentation: Write solution documentation and specifications to create a scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies.
  • Support Practice Development: Support practice development initiatives and training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams on Salesforce platforms to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research to share with clients and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting.
  • Technical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with the Connector, Journey Builder, Email, Mobile, and Social Studios.
  • Success Stories: Success stories distilling business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems.
