Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key technical components of our cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our technical architects to conduct design/code reviews and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a small team of analysts, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions.
  2. Cloud-Based Solutions Design: Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce.
  3. Project Delivery: Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing.
  4. Release and Environment Management: Manage release and environment management, including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons, and version control.
  5. Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop and deliver key components of technology solutions.
  6. Mentorship: Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
  2. More than 6 years of experience with Salesforce development.
  3. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce.
  5. Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns and Multiple Salesforce Project deployments.
