Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and architecting multiple projects for a large enterprise client in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable solutions that leverage the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system.
  • Understand the technical details of the project and implement processes across the board.
  • Promote best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption.
  • Write solution documentation and specifications to create a scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies.
  • Support practice development initiatives and training.
  • Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy, define and scope projects to address client needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams on Salesforce platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research to share with clients.
  • Lead and motivate the development team throughout the systems development life cycle.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with the Connector, Journey Builder, Email, Mobile, and Social Studios.
  • Success stories of distilling business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems.
  • A proven track record of building successful Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms from the ground up.
