Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions that leverage the functionality and best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Implement processes across the board, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Promote best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption.
  • Develop solution documentation and specifications to create a scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies.
  • Support practice development initiatives and training, providing subject matter expertise to internal and external teams on Salesforce platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research to share with clients, providing motivation and guidance to the development team throughout the systems development life cycle.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with the Connector, Journey Builder, Email, Mobile, and Social Studios.
  • Success stories distilling business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems.
  • A proven track record of building successful projects and delivering results-driven solutions.
