Job Responsibilities

Bartender, Banquets Department
As a key member of our team, you will represent the outstanding service and exquisite offerings that define our food and beverage experience. Your friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of our menu will ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests Provide guests with detailed information about beverage menu items Prepare and mix drinks while managing beverage inventory according to guidelines Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings and promotional items Understand all menu items, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques Adhere to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards Follow safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages Perform additional duties as assigned Your qualifications include: Prior experience in bartending is essential Strong knowledge of beverage products Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous Excellent communication and organizational skills Bilingual proficiency in both official languages is required Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities Dependable and responsible work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Focus on guest needs while maintaining composure and courtesy Smart Serve Certification is mandatory

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist with obtaining work authorization.
