Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage service role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
